We hold your journey from one door to the next. We book, we confirm the day before, and we come back to you only when a decision is genuinely yours. Scheduled flight or private aircraft, hotel, villa, chalet, crew, transfers: each link is joined to the next, so that nothing needs piecing together once you arrive.
Your room preferences, your floor, the hour you prefer to dine are passed on several days before you arrive. Your room is assigned before you walk in.
During the stay, one number is enough. A flight that slips, a road closed, a plan you would rather change: we pick up the rest of the programme without recounting the effort.

What is bespoke travel planning?
It starts from what you want to do, not from an existing programme. We start with your dates, your habits and what you expect of the stay, then assemble the aircraft, the accommodation, the crew and the transfers. Nothing is taken from a catalogue.

The starting point is not the destination, it is your dates and what you want the stay to be. We start there, then assemble the aircraft, the accommodation, the crew, the transfers and the programme, each link joined to the next. You approve once, and we come back to you afterwards only when a decision is yours to make.

Do you book the flights yourselves?
Yes, scheduled flights and private aircraft alike. We book, we settle the cabin options, and we coordinate with the crew and the ground handling. The journey to the aircraft and the one that follows arrival are arranged in the same movement.

How far ahead should we tell you?
As early as possible, though it is not a condition. A room assigned in advance is worth more than a room requested on arrival, and preferences travel better when there is time. A departure decided the day before remains feasible, on a narrower choice.

What happens if something changes during the stay?
One number is enough. A flight that slips, a road closed, a plan you would rather change: we rework the rest of the programme and tell whoever needs telling. You do not have to undo what had been arranged.
