Private concierge in Saint-Tropez

The villa secured, an arrival that avoids the road, the beach tables booked.

We prepare your stay in Saint-Tropez as soon as your dates are known: the villa, the arrival, the beach and evening tables, the day at sea. The season runs from May to September, and its most sought-after weeks, from mid-July to the end of August, are booked as early as winter. Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, from 25 September to 3 October 2027, then bring the crews and their guests back to the harbour.

We choose the villa for what it includes, and we check it before the deposit is paid: the staff on hand, housekeeping, whether a chef is provided, whether the pool is heated, and the real distance to the village or to Pampelonne beach. Ramatuelle, Gassin and the hills of the peninsula offer neither the same view nor the same journey time in August. In July and August, most houses are let by the week, Saturday to Saturday, and your dates are aligned with that rhythm from the first search.

The arrival is planned around the calendar. In summer, the road into the village comes to a standstill at beach hours: from Nice airport, allow about two hours out of season, often longer in July. La Môle airport, fifteen kilometres from the village, operates by day only, as its runway has no lighting; crossing the gulf by boat from Sainte-Maxime avoids the road altogether. The car is waiting at the airport or at the jetty, depending on how you arrive. During the stay, we move a table or a day at sea when the mistral or your plans change.

What we coordinate

  • Villa

Chosen on its staff list and included services, read before the deposit, and on the real journey time to the beach.
  • Arrival

A car at Nice, Toulon-Hyères or La Môle airport, or at the jetty, timed to avoid the busiest hours on the road.
  • Beach clubs

Sun loungers and lunch tables at Pampelonne booked for July and August as soon as your dates are set.
  • At sea

A day on a boat chosen together with its crew, the route decided with the morning’s weather.
  • Evening tables

Tables in the village and in the hills booked before you leave, then adjusted during the stay.
  • During the stay

Bookings moved and transfers rearranged when the wind, the sea or your plans change.

What we are asked

  • How do I get a table in Saint-Tropez in high summer?

By booking early. For a beach lunch in July or August, the reservation is made as soon as your dates are set, often several weeks ahead, and the time you ask for matters as much as the day. We book before you leave the tables you already know you want, and add the rest during the stay.

  • When should a villa in Saint-Tropez be booked?

From the winter for July and August. Houses are then usually let by the week, Saturday to Saturday, and some are taken by the same guests from one year to the next. May, June and September leave more choice, and the sea is already, or still, warm enough to swim.

  • How do I get to Saint-Tropez?

Via Nice airport, about two hours by road out of season; through Toulon-Hyères, about an hour away; or through La Môle airport, fifteen kilometres from the village and open by day only. In summer, the boat across the gulf from Sainte-Maxime avoids the road into the village. The car is arranged in every case.

  • What do you check before securing a villa?

The staff and the services included, before the deposit is paid: housekeeping, chef, pool maintenance, linen, and whatever is charged on top. We also check the journey time in August to the village and to the beach, which bears little relation to the one a map suggests in winter.

  • What happens during Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez?

From 25 September to 3 October 2027, the harbour hosts classic yachts and modern racing yachts, and the village fills up as it does in summer. Rooms and tables for that week are booked like those in August, and an outing to follow the races from the water is arranged before you arrive.
