A selection is waiting for you, gathered before you come, to your measurements, in the fabrics and cuts you already wear. The fitting takes place in a private room, often outside opening hours, and whatever does not suit you goes back without discussion.

Your sizes, the houses you favour and the pieces you have turned down are kept from one appointment to the next. You do not give them again.

For a piece that is sold out or waitlisted, we search the network, and we tell you what we can obtain, and by when.

    Chosen, wrapped and delivered to the date and address you give us.

What we are asked

  • What is the difference between a personal shopper and a stylist?

    A stylist works on how you look: what suits you, what goes together, what to stop buying. A personal shopper works on the purchase itself: finding the piece, securing the size, arranging a fitting outside opening hours. We call on one, the other, or both, depending on what you are after.

  • Is the personal shopper covered by the membership?

    Yes. The selection and the private fitting carry no further fee from us. The price of the pieces remains yours.

  • Can you look for a particular piece?

    We search, including for rare pieces and sizes that cannot be found, and we tell you what we can obtain, and by when.

  • Do you handle alterations and delivery?

    Yes: alterations followed through to the final fitting, delivery to the address of your choosing, and a wardrobe prepared ahead of a departure so that it arrives with you.
