Six worlds,
one contact.
The moments of a single day, held by the same person.
We have not cut our work into packages to choose from. A table calls for a car, a journey calls for a wardrobe, a fixture calls for a way home. The same person follows all of it, which spares you telling the same story twice.
The six pages that follow set out what we coordinate in each domain.
The six worlds
-
01
Travel & Stays
The aircraft, the crew, the itinerary. Settled the day before, confirmed without you. -
02
Transport & Mobility
The car is waiting on the tarmac. The driver already has the address. -
03
Lifestyle & Wellbeing
The house opened, the treatments scheduled, the rhythm kept. -
04
Fashion & Personal Shopping
The pieces are selected and waiting. The fitting is private. -
05
Dining & Experiences
The table that was no longer available. Laid for two. -
06
Events & Ticketing
The seats one does not obtain. Obtained.
What we are asked
-
Must one choose a world?
No. The division serves to describe, not to order from. A single day crosses several domains, and the same contact follows all of it. You never have to tell the same story twice.
-
How does a request unfold?
You write or you call. We come back to you with what is possible and what it entails. Beyond everyday requests, a written quotation always precedes the work: nothing begins before you have accepted it.
-
What do you not do?
We coordinate, we do not supply. The hotel, the table, the car, the seat remain the business of third houses we select and deal with. We deal with them on your behalf, and we answer for the coordination from end to end.
-
What does a private concierge do?
We take your requests and carry them through: a journey, a table, a car, an appointment, a house opened before you arrive. You write or you call, we deal with the houses concerned on your behalf, and we come back to you when a decision is yours to make. The same contact follows all of it, whatever the domain.
-
What is the difference between a concierge service and a butler?
A butler works in your home, in residence, and runs the household. We work from outside it, and hold what happens beyond your door: the travel, the reservations, the third houses we deal with on your behalf. The two sit well together, and we regularly work alongside staff already in place.
-
What is the difference between a concierge service and a personal assistant?
A personal assistant is your employee: you hire them, you set their hours, you cover their leave. We come with no employment contract to carry and no absence to cover, and you draw on a network built for our members as a whole.
-
What is a bespoke concierge service?
The phrase describes a service that keeps no catalogue. We sell neither packages nor standard assignments: you make a request, and we come back with what is possible and what it entails. Two requests that look alike on paper do not call for the same answer, given your habits and the moment.
-
What is lifestyle management?
The term covers the coordination of what fills your time outside work: travel, reservations, the household, the private diary. We say private concierge, which amounts to the same thing. One stresses management over time, the other the individual request. We do both.
Access is
by introduction.
An introduction comes from a member. If you know none, write to us all the same: we take the time for a conversation.
