Private concierge in Paris
Met as you leave the aircraft, the car at the door, the tables already booked.
We prepare your stay in Paris before you leave, whether it lasts three days or a week: the arrival, the hotel or apartment, the car, the tables, the appointments in the boutiques. The Paris calendar has its crowded weeks: haute couture in January and July, women’s ready-to-wear from late February to early March and again from late September to early October, the tennis championships at Porte d’Auteuil from late May into June, the classic car week in February and the contemporary art week in October. In those weeks, a room or a table has to be booked early.
The arrival is prepared down to the detail. At Charles de Gaulle, Orly or Le Bourget, the business aviation airport, we arrange for you to be met as you leave the aircraft and escorted through the formalities where the airport offers it, then driven to your hotel. From Charles de Gaulle, allow forty-five minutes to over an hour depending on traffic; from London, the train reaches the Gare du Nord in a little over two hours, and the driver is waiting at the end of the platform. During the stay, the car remains at your disposal: in Paris, the time of day matters more than the distance.
We book the tables before you arrive. The most sought-after tables are booked several weeks ahead: we reserve them as soon as your dates are known. For shopping, we arrange private appointments in the boutiques, away from the crowds, with your sizes and preferences sent ahead. When your plans change, we move a table, a car or an appointment.

What we are asked
-
How do I get a table at a fully booked restaurant in Paris?
We book as soon as your dates are known, before you leave, and pick the request up again during the stay if your plans change.
-
What does the airport welcome include?
Depending on the airport and your flight: being met as you leave the aircraft, an escort through the formalities and help with your luggage, then the car to your hotel. At Le Bourget, the formalities take place at the operator’s terminal, a few steps from the aircraft, with the car waiting outside.
-
Can I attend a show during Paris Fashion Week?
Shows are by invitation from the fashion houses, and no seat can be bought. If you are invited, or are coming for the week, we arrange everything around it: the room, the car, the tables and the boutique appointments, booked as soon as the calendar is published.
-
How long does it take to reach central Paris from the airport?
From Charles de Gaulle, forty-five minutes to over an hour by car depending on the time of day; from Orly, thirty to fifty minutes; from Le Bourget, about half an hour. Morning and evening rush hours lengthen all of these, and we set the pick-up time accordingly.
-
When should a stay during a fashion week be prepared?
As soon as your dates are set. Haute couture takes place in January and July, women’s ready-to-wear from late February to early March and from late September to early October, and those weeks fill the hotels in the central districts several months ahead. We secure the room first, then the tables.
