Private concierge in Courchevel

The chalet secured, the road planned whatever the weather, the tables confirmed.

We prepare your stay in Courchevel before you leave: the chalet, the arrival, the tables, the instructors and the treatments. The 2026-27 season runs from 4 December to 18 April, and its peak weeks, between Christmas and New Year and then in February, are booked well in advance. We secure what needs securing as soon as your dates are set.

We choose the chalet for what it includes, and we read it before the deposit is paid: the staff on hand (chalet manager, chef, ski butler, driver) and the number of meals included, which varies from one house to the next and sometimes with the time of year. The village is settled at the same time. From Le Praz, at 1,300 metres and the oldest, to Courchevel (formerly 1850), the highest, each village has its own altitude and its own calendar: Moriond and La Tania close on 11 April, a week before the rest of the ski area. Your preferences, boot sizes and lift pass numbers are sent to the chalet before you arrive.

We always plan the transfer by road: about an hour and a half from Chambéry, the nearest airport, roughly two and a half hours from Geneva, and some forty minutes from the station at Moûtiers. The Courchevel altiport operates in visual conditions and by day only; in fog or under a low cloud base it becomes practically inaccessible, and the car is waiting for you at the airport in any case. During the stay, we move a table, a lesson or a treatment when your plans change.

What we coordinate

  • Chalet

Chosen on its staff list and included meals, read before the deposit, with the village settled alongside it.
  • Arrival

Transfer by road from Chambéry, Geneva, Lyon or Moûtiers station, planned whatever the weather.
  • Lift passes and equipment

Passes arranged before you arrive, boot sizes sent ahead, rental equipment fitted at the chalet rather than in a shop.
  • Instructors

Private lessons reserved from November for the peak weeks, with an English-speaking instructor if you wish.
  • Tables and treatments

Starred restaurants booked several weeks ahead, mountain restaurants and treatments the week before.
  • During the stay

Bookings moved and transfers rearranged when your plans change.

What we are asked

  • What does a private concierge in Courchevel do?

We prepare your stay before you leave and look after it while you are there. Beforehand: the chalet chosen on its staff and included meals, the transfer from Chambéry or Geneva, lift passes, instructors, starred restaurants and treatments. During the stay: a table, a lesson or a transfer moved when your plans change. One number covers all of it.

  • When should a stay in Courchevel be prepared?

As soon as your dates are set. For the Christmas, New Year, February and Easter weeks, it is advisable to start looking for accommodation nine to twelve months ahead, and private instructors for the peak weeks are reserved from November.

  • Which village in Courchevel should I stay in?

The village is chosen together with the chalet and your dates. Courchevel (formerly 1850) is the highest, at 1,850 metres; below it come Moriond (1650), Village (1550), Le Praz, at 1,300 metres and the oldest, and La Tania. Moriond and La Tania close on 11 April, a week before the rest of the ski area.

  • What happens if the altiport is closed?

The journey up is made by road, which is planned in every case. The altiport operates in visual conditions and by day only; in fog or under a low cloud base it becomes practically inaccessible. By road, allow about an hour and a half from Chambéry and roughly two and a half hours from Geneva.

  • What do you check before securing a chalet?

The staff list and the meals included, before the deposit is paid. The number of meals varies from one house to the next, sometimes with the time of year, and lift passes, instructors, equipment, massages and childcare are almost always charged separately.

  • Can a table or a lesson be booked once I am there?

Yes. In the peak weeks, however, mountain restaurants and spa treatments are booked the week before, and in February the 1pm terrace sittings are full by 12.30pm. We therefore secure before you leave whatever you already know you want, and add the rest during the stay.
