The Essential membership gives you a dedicated contact who knows your habits and coordinates your requests without limit of number. We are reachable at any hour, including at night and at weekends, because most of what goes wrong does not do so during office hours.
Everyday assignments are not invoiced: they are covered by the membership. Bookings, appointments and short coordinations, with nothing to count at every call.
Beyond that, the price is set out in a quotation, before we commit to anything. It does not move afterwards.

Each membership carries a number, from 1 to 12, assigned on entry and kept for as long as the relationship lasts.
When the twelve are taken, access request by request remains open.

Without membership
Access request by request gives the same services, invoiced one assignment at a time, with no commitment of duration. Relationships often begin there: a first request, a quotation, and the rest is decided afterwards.

How does one become a member?
Access is by introduction. A conversation always comes before the contract: we look together at what you expect, and at whether we are the house that should provide it. The membership then runs for an initial three months, and continues month by month thereafter.

How is the card obtained?
It comes with the membership and is handed to you on signing, engraved with the number assigned to you, from 1 to 12. On the back is the number you call at any hour. It stays yours for as long as the relationship lasts.

What does the membership cover, and what does it not?
It covers access to the service and all the coordination time: the research, the introductions, the follow-up. It does not cover the actual cost of what is ordered from third parties, hotels, tables, transport, tickets, nor the fees on assignments that go beyond the everyday. Those are set out on a quotation.

How are your fees calculated?
They are set out on each quotation, adjusted to the nature and the scale of the work: a fixed fee, a mark-up on the costs advanced, or a commission where we arrange the whole. Depending on the assignment, the quotation carries an inclusive price or sets our fees apart from the actual costs. Either way you know the price before we commit to anything, and it does not move. Everyday assignments are covered by the membership.

Must one be a member to call on you?
No. Access request by request gives the same services, one assignment at a time, on a quotation, with no commitment of duration or volume. The network and the standard are the same. Many relationships begin that way.

How does a membership end?
After the initial period, either party may end it at any time, on thirty days’ notice, by recorded delivery or by email with acknowledgement. Nothing renews without your knowing.

What discretion do you guarantee?
Your identity, your habits, your movements and your requests do not leave the house. The undertaking holds throughout the relationship and for five years after it ends. No public communication mentions you without your express agreement.
