VIP meet and greet at Paris Le Bourget Airport

From the aircraft steps to the car in a few paces, the day’s programme already in hand.

Le Bourget is the business aviation airport of Paris: it handles no scheduled commercial flights. Each aircraft is received by an operator with its own terminal, and that is where passport control and customs take place, a few steps from the aircraft.

We obtain the expected landing time and terminal from the operator, and arrange the welcome and the car around them. The car meets you outside the terminal, or beside the aircraft where the operator allows it. Your luggage goes from the hold to the boot without you having to see to it.

The driver receives your programme before you land: the hotel, the first appointment, the time you need to be there. The journey time into Paris depends on when you arrive, and we work it out with the traffic of the moment. On departure, the car collects you at a time worked out from your take-off slot.

What we are asked

  • What happens when you land by private jet at Le Bourget?

The aircraft is received by its operator, whose terminal handles passport control and customs. The car waits outside the terminal, or beside the aircraft where the operator allows it, and your luggage is loaded straight into it.

  • Does Le Bourget handle commercial flights?

No. Le Bourget is reserved for business aviation. For an arrival on a scheduled flight into Paris, you are met at Charles de Gaulle or Orly.

  • Do I need to know the operator in advance?

You need only tell us the flight or the company operating it. We obtain from them the operator receiving the aircraft and the expected landing time.

  • Do you also arrange the departure?

Yes. The car collects you at a time worked out from your take-off slot and the traffic of the moment, and takes you to the operator’s terminal.

Write to us,
we take it from there.

Send us your flight, the expected time and the address you are going to. The welcome and the car are arranged from there.
