We arrange your arrival from the aircraft door to the car. Depending on the airport and the terminal, you are met as you leave the aircraft or in a lounge, escorted through passport control and customs, and your luggage is collected for you. The car is waiting outside the terminal, and the driver already knows where you are going.
At Paris Charles de Gaulle and Orly, your flight is tracked in real time: a delay or a change of terminal moves the welcome and the car. At Le Bourget, the business aviation airport, as at the business aviation terminal of Nice Côte d’Azur, the formalities for a private flight take place at the operator’s terminal, a few steps from the aircraft. We obtain the expected landing time and terminal from the flight operator, and arrange the welcome and the car around them; the car meets you outside the terminal, or beside the aircraft where the operator allows it.
For your departure, we arrange the same journey in reverse. The car collects you at a time worked out from your flight and the traffic, your luggage is checked in with you, and you are escorted as far as boarding where the airport offers it. If you arrive on a scheduled flight and leave on a private one, or the other way round, both journeys are prepared together.

Who meets you in the restricted area of the airport?
The welcome is arranged by the house with its partners: within the restricted area, escort is provided by the airport’s own welcome service or by an authorised provider. We then coordinate everything that follows: the car, the driver, the rest of the day.

What happens when you land by private jet at Le Bourget?
Passport control and customs take place at the operator’s terminal, a few steps from the aircraft. The car waits outside the terminal, or beside the aircraft where the operator allows it. We obtain the expected landing time from the operator, and an arrival at the business aviation terminal in Nice is prepared in the same way.

We follow your flight in real time and adapt the welcome and the car. If your flight plan changes before departure, please let us know.

Is the service available on departure?
Yes. The car collects you at a time worked out from your flight and the traffic of the moment, and you are escorted to check-in, through security and as far as boarding where the airport offers it.

How far in advance should a VIP meet and greet be requested?
As soon as your flight is known. An early request leaves the choice of every service the airport offers; a last-minute request is handled too, with whatever remains open that day.

Can several travellers be met together?
Yes. A family, guests or a delegation are met together, and the cars are arranged according to the number of people and the luggage.
