A listing makes a sale public, and an aircraft or a car that stays listed for long becomes a talking point. Presenting it only to identified buyers avoids both.
You set your terms and decide whether to proceed. Negotiation and the sale take place directly between you and the buyer, with your own advisers.

Which documents should be prepared?
For a business aircraft, the logbooks, the maintenance history and the status of the engine programmes. For a car, the invoices, the ownership history and any certificates it holds. A serious buyer asks for them before any viewing.

Auction, consignment or private sale?
All three exist. An auction is public and held on a set date; consignment places the car with a dealer who displays it; a private sale leaves the timing and the choice of buyer in your hands. We work on the last of these.

Who conducts the negotiation?
You and the buyer, directly, with the advisers you appoint. We make the introduction and remain your point of contact until the sale is concluded.
